It will be interesting to see if you can. Without rental agreements on regions, I think it will be difficult for most larger nations to hold empire status now. It's becoming easier for an enations enemies to use determination to break up an empire.

Its a good thing to.

Was gettin silly when Poland was holding almost all of North America and central Europe at the same time.

Since determination they have either lost most of their land or had to give it to some of their allies like Spain to help them hold onto it.
