Option One:
As a nation we determine we have the strength, perseverance, and leadership to fight this multi-front war against much more powerful, resourceful nations who happen to have much deeper pockets than we as a collective do.
This option ends with the stalemate we have experience since January of this year. Sure we win a few regions, then after the determination is reset our occupiers win the region back. Thus always resulting in a stalemate with no "winner" We waste what energy, and CC we invest and our enemy wastes the same. We are basically training. The total end of this will and has been a complete stalemate.
Option Two:
1. We accept responsibility for our actions.
2. We show remorse for our actions.
3. We move forward and prevent such actions from happening again.
This option is the only way forward as a nation and world. The idea that our enemies will "tire" of this stalemate is laughable. We cannot "Win" and they are okay with the idea that they cannot "win". The question is how content are you the American citizen with a stalemate, or worse complete wipe until people just stop coming back. We have already seen people leave; and it will likely continue until we can hold our regions for more than 2 days.
The Idea is to issue a heartfelt "I'm sorry, We're Sorry.

I was eAmerican a few months before the occupation started and I will share my vision. It has no sense now to go to the occupiers and ask for forgiveness. I don't want to say that eUSA didn't make big errors or stupid things but the occupiers have acted on behalf of their pride, justifying their actions with the reason that eUSA was a "farming" country saying that they wanted to teach that this is not the way to play eRepublik (pretty silly imho).
So now, if eUSA try to get out of the occupation with their best efforts, the occupiers will hold the battle and say that they want to teach good manners to eUSA; if eUSA tries with diplomacy, the occupiers will say "no, you wanna be back farming! we won't let you", like it was a human rights issue.
If I was eUSA I would go to Asteria and offer 1 year free regions renting in exchange of liberation and some regions to have congress. I am an enemy of Asteria, and I don't like the way that this alliance acts, but sincerely I don't think that eUSA can obtain something in any other way. Once that Pacifica will be 100% publicly pro Asteria, the occupiers will have what they wante😛 eUSA on one side.
Sincerely what I think is that this whole thing is pretty stupid. A few players (not whole countries, believe me) keep the game balanced with one only pseudo-strategy: feeding Plato. Is that to be less deprecated than farming? They pay a company to develop different games and leave us in this ghost eworld without fulfilling their promises. Very few (maybe 2-3) countries are trying seriously to revive their communities. MUs give tanks to fight where the hell you want, just bring damage to the cause. Countries are all involved in TWs. In this situation there is no real diplomacy, no real alliances, no real strategies: there are just three sides: Plato, us and those between us who are so stubborn to pretend they are the only ones really playing while they are the only ones feeding the one who has damaged the game the most.
