US air program

Hello everyone!

In my previous article, I proposed the idea to come up with a new air program for eUS citizens. Today I would like to publish the details of my plan.

First of all, NBerry9 volunteered to help me run the program, so we will be running this project together. I plan to spend on average 150'000 USD weekly as rewards for players participating in the program. The program costs will be covered from private sponsorships. I will also apply at Plato Foundation to help me cover a portion of the program costs.





WHO can participate:

1. Have eUSA Citizenship.
2. Have a Discord Account.
3. Have a ground rank under Legend.
4. Have an air rank under Air Commodore.

HOW to participate:

1. You will have to sign up once. I will create a form for this after.
2. You need to join the National Discord Channel.
3. That's all.

THE REWARDS:

1. 7000 energy per week. Do not forget that eUS citizens can already get 4000 energy daily from the AARP program.
2. CC for ranking up.
3. CC for finishing in the top 3 of their group.





HOW the program will work:

At sign up, players will be divided into 2 groups, packers and non-packers. The reward system will be based on competition, so that is why I thought it would be better to divide between players who buy packs and those who don't.

1. Each player will receive 7000 energy per week, if he/she manages to do at least 175 air kills that week. The rewards may be subject to change, based on the number of sponsorships and the number of players in the program.

2. CC for ranking up.

250 cc - Airman and every *
500 cc - Senior Airman and every *
600 cc - Staff Sergeant and every *
700 cc - Aviator and every *
800 cc - Flight Lieutenant and every *
1'500 cc - Squadron Leader and every *
3'000 cc - Chief Master Sergeant and every *
10'000 cc - Wing Commander and every *
30'000 cc - Group Captain and every *

3. CC for finishing in the top 3 of their group.

As I mentioned earlier, the players will be divided into two groups. In the end of the week, the players with the most kills from each group will receive 2'500 cc as a reward. The players with the second most kills will receive 2'000 cc each, while the players with the third most kills will receive 1'500 cc each.



Hopefully, this new program will get everyone motivated to fly more for eUSA. This proposal is still a draft. I would like to hear everyone's comments about the program in general and the reward system, so that I can take all your feedback into account before I apply to Plato Foundation.
