Updates on eBolivia Unity and Argentine Airstrike

So, Unity elections in eBolivia seem to be over. This seems to have been more or less a unilateral decision by TSP, made on their own forums, off the main forums. Clearly, without one of the major parties, the Unity process doesn't work (whether here or there), so MAS, another big party, announced that they also will be putting up their own candidate this month for CP. The decision by TSP seems to be based on a few factors/assumptions:
1) The PTO threat appears to be over. blitztod, the party which was attempting the PTO, seems to have had many multis banned, lost several elections, and decided to move on to eSpain. There is some debate over how gone the PTO threat is, though, as there are about 600 active in game eBolivians, about 100-200 votes each election cycle, and only 40 players responded to their recent census (advertised heavily in game and on forums). This means there is a huge quantity of, at worst, multi or foreign operatives, or, at best, unknown quantities in eBolivia with the potential to vote. Especially because they have no Congress, and thus no impeachment, some eBolivians are concerned and would rather remain cautious.
2) TSP seems to believe that the fourms are held by players who are biased against their party, and do not trust them as a place for Unity, or any other, discussions and elections. Being relatively new to their forums, I can't comment on the whole history of this sentiment, but it appears that forum admins have been messing with TSP members' nicknames and identities through the forums. TSP does not wish to participate in Unity elections held on what they believe to be non-neutral forums. Which raises a question of what will happen when eBolivia regains Congress. Will TSP willingly participate in the main national forums?

As for the eArgentine airstrike, commemorating the anniversary of the Falklands War, eBolivia seems to think it is "a good idea" (their MoFA), and another citizen suggested that eBolivians would like to do some pretty graphic things to the English, and "use God's hand if necessary," then clarifying that his as his own opinion. This has me wondering if the eBolivians have some RL reason to support this, have just grown close to eArgentina, or are hoping that by supporting this, they can get UAC support before the next Congressional elections to regain and hold onto enough regions to have Congress.
