With contracts not enforced anymore and with no solution in sight by Admins(shame on you!), it has become increasingly more difficult or almost impossible to conduct business in a civilized fashion.
Not only for people or armies buying large quantities and wanting a discount, which is not possible on the normal market, but also for the most important players, the new ones, who are just learning the game and have scraped together some cash to buy their first house or a high quality weapon.
Unfortunately there are a lot of dishonest people around, who are only waiting to gain profit without doing anything and without having to fear any kind of repercussion. The only thing we can do is to expose them and hope that nobody falls pray to them.
With that said, here is a list of the most notorious scammers and thieves:

This Scammers List is almost as old as eRepublik and has seen many people come and go. It is updated almost daily, with people, who the Admins decide to ban, being deleted and new confirmed cases being added.
If you know of anybody, who is not on the list, but needs to be on it, please post in the forum section about it and they will be added.

Lol, that list is bulls***!
On site 51 of that thread, le_enfant_terrible was added to this list, without any explaining why.
So please tell me, why le_enfant_terrible is on the list and then show some evidence! Otherwise this list is worth nothing!!!

Aha, well... So that's ok, but anyway: if things like that can not be seen and read in the thread, the list is still worth nothing, because there are no explainations or evidences about some of the people on the list!
Its all about trust.
If you dont believe in it, feel free to do business with the people on that list...thats probably the best way to evaluate its validity (on your own risk).
it's all about self-justice, because admins don't do anything.
well, what would be for example, if someone that donates me a Q5-Tank without me knowing would write, that i didn't pay? It would look like he is right and i would be added on the list...
So you see, there are possibilities, that you get on the list without doing anything wrong! Thats ehat my critic is about!
Most of the people on the list admitted and even boasted about their glorious acts.

yes, and i believe you about that bernard, but don't you see that there is the possibility, that someone gets on the list without being guilty. And there's the problem for me about it.
