The JIS Financial Statement is out right now. Luckily, the Japanese Interior Service was one the only government agency that was not stolen from earlier this month. As such, we were able to continue our work in providing skill 0 jobs for all of our new citizens.

Providing over 80 new jobs in the last 5 days alone, the JIS needs to stay solvent and a 700 JPY funding proposal is currently up in Congress for continued operations into December. We hope all congress members can take the time to vote FOR its continued funding.

Forum Bonuses have once again resumed. Again, this is a 15 JPY bonus that all new citizens can apply for at our forums. In the future, these will be paid for once a week on Fridays, most likely. If you have any issues or questions, please message me.

Our Honorary Secretary of Health is a very talented individual, who goes by the name, Miyazaki Miho. Constantly compiling lists of our citizens, both new and unhealthy, she has been a great asset to me and to the whole Internal Affairs Ministry. So my task to you, Japan, when you see her strolling around, looking for our next gifting recipient, please give her a pat on the back.

There is no need to send people under 40 wellness to me, because I know all the people with wellness below 40 in Japan. Well, all with more than 40 exp, because I don't track people with less than 40 exp. And I think it wasn't yet decided if I will have access to the JIS org to gift people myself.
