Our MoFA is currently less available due to real-life reasons. That's why the government called in the help of Special Foreign Advisor mittekemuis, two times former president of Belgium, for advising the government and Congress in Foreign Affairs matters.

In essence, the President appoints his cabinet, mittekemuis is an Advisor, not a Minister, and she has writing rights on the forum through her Friends of Congress mask which was accepted by Congress on August 2nd.

Update: I shamefully forgot to publicly thank her for her willingness to accept this advisory mission.

Mitteke advises the CP and Congress on options for mpp choices, which are now being voted on-forum. She is not here forever (sadly) and she may talk to whomever she wishes. The CP proposes, Congress decides.

The CP has non Belgian citizens do all the work for him, then takes all the credit, proposes it, lies and says someone is an "advisor", and then tries to cover it up.

If Congress makes no policy on mpp's (Congress was/is inactive on this), then it's normal that the CP/government asks for advice and present it to Congress. That's exactly why mitteke was asked. She is there for the task only, she has no powers other than to advise us.
