Unable to buy national currency from legally acquired gold! [UPDATED!]

I've acquired 65 golds through RL cash payment (oh, what an idiot I am!). But I cannot exchange my gold to national currency, because a lovely message from eRep says to me:



I tried this quite a lot times and on different browsers. Same result. Then, thinking that someone could aid me with national currency, I tried to donate gold of 8 units (due to the 10 gold limit). See the result here:



I haven't done anything illegal, I didn't fake, I didn't break the rules of this game. I simply paid cash for gold to achieve the new missions Plato introduced. But since I can't exchange gold to national currency, I can't buy food to complete Champion's Breakfast, and I won't spear gold to boost up myself for battle completing Tales of Bravery.

Can someone explain me, what the holy **** is going on? Did I commit anything to get this in return?

And when I try to post then I get the error: There has been an error...

No further comment... and this was not the first & unfortunately not the last error I encountered. Where's the extra 10% bonus that shall be received for battling a Natural Enemy? GONE! And the list grows and goes on...

I'm not a scriptohussar like some, I'm not faking like some, I'm simply just trying to play... you Admins prevent me from enjoying this Community Game, where the Community has utterly no power at hands.

Morale decreasing... steeply decreasing...
