Ugh another one? Great...

Day 482, 16:24 Published in USA USA by Muljo Gobet

It’s that time of month again. The time where you feel sick to your stomach and feel like you have a massive cramp. What am I talking about? Congress elections of course! What did you think I was talking about? Seemingly thousands of people asking you to vote for them. So many short useless articles that promise this and that, which make you want to bang your head against the wall. Since I’m such a great guy I think I’ll cause you pain now instead of later, after all it’s the waiting that’s the worse.

In RL my honor and my word means everything to me. I carry that over to erepublik. When I say something I mean it. Now, I said a few things last month. Lets see what they were.
1) “…I can assure you that whatever I promise will also be upheld.”
2) “…I PROMISE that I will not vote for any legislature that will make it harder on you.”
3) “If there is not any spending by the government in the construction industry then I PROMISE I’ll do my best to lower taxes.”
4) “I PROMISE that when presented with the facts I can easily pick the best policy for everyone.”

Number two, I voted no to all the tax increases except for wood. Only the import tax for wood increased, since that makes it easier for American business to compete then I’m for it. Number three, I did vote for a new DF for Mass. It was very cheap and it was needed, a very good deal. Also there’s now a new Q5 hospital ready to be bought so if FL ever falls we have something to fall back on. I'm still for lower taxes but I agreed to wait one month for the data to come back on the PANEC taxes. For number four, I believe I have carried out my promise. If you don’t believe me, look back in past articles for my voting record. I published everything except for a few of the newer stuff. If there’s something you don’t like, message me and I’ll change my stance or tell you the reason why I thought it was the best decision. Since the first three promises were upheld, the first one is now upheld too.

These promises still stand. I’ve only grown exponentially wiser as I’ve learned about the game. If you want someone in Congress who you can trust, will look out for you, and completely listens to what you say then I ask you to once again, vote for me in North Carolina.

God Bless eAmerica!
