Truth about Gift companies

Today, I took my time to research the truth behind the productivity and the competitiveness of the lower quality company in gifting versus the high level companies. I hope this article and study will be beneficial to the current General Managers around the world and General Managers in making. Forgive me if others had already done this same study, but I have not seen it anywhere yet, and I just want to spread this world, for the better success for those General Managers. Now, we are Assuming that you own a gift company with 10 Employees, with 100% wellness, with 5/5 Trivia with no super shots, with skill level of 6, and In the region of the company.
Each gift requires 2 Productivity Point to produce each gift. We are assuming each raw material costs 1 JPY. We also assume each worker get paid 5 JPY per work.

W = 1/2 * A * B * C * D * E * F

W = Total Productivity Points.
A = Skill Multiplier
B = Employee Multiplier
C = Wellness Multiplier
D = Regional Bonus Multiplier
E = Trivia Multiplier
F = Company Quality Multiplier
Q1 Gift:

As you can see, in gifting company, your quality level have nothing to affect on the cost for each wellness. Even if you have Q5 Company, or Q1 company, the end result is same, because you are allowed to receive 10 wellness per day. And the kinds of the gift you buy have no affect on total wellness you can gain. In fact, company owners are just wasting gold invest into the gifting company, as even with higher level company, It will not improve your sale. Unless this current system for gift is changed, I urge all company owners with stake in gifting not to invest, for you will just be wasting your gold which can go elsewhere. Also, since your employees lose more wellness in the higher quality company, you will only have negative effect on your company if you upgrade. Thus, it will conclude from this little study, that Q1 Gift Company, actually can produce Gifts cheaper than Q5 Gift Company, in term of the cost it is required for wellness they get.


Unless admins take action to fix this one way or another, It will be beneficial for the gift company to stay as Q1. You will produce much quicker, and in larger quantities, while have ability to make it cheaper, and attracting more workers, for they lose only 1 wellness per work.
