Hello citizens of Thailand.

Well, firstly I apologize for my absence. I'm taking tests in my high college, and tomorrow travel to study, then I will have no time for me to devote erepublik. But next week my routine will return to normal.

Well, I have to talk about some things.

First is on the elections for Congress, that our friend has Ealb explained very well how to operate in the following article:

To summarize very briefly what will happen, now everyone will vote at 1 party and 1 candidate for the Congress (obviously one party). And the elections for Congress held separately from presidential elections.

All members of the TRP which are interested to participate in the Congress please post it in Ealb's article. It is necessary that the member is really looking to participate in discussions and are proposing to enter every day in the game to check whether there is a new law to vote. It is a very important post for our country and for our party.

Well, another subject that I have to talk about my proposals is to the presidency. I have not had time to update / do all my proposals, but already finished Proposals in the area of Politics. Which a big discussion will relate to the Congress, it's a good time to say that.

1. Creating the post of President of Congress.
Each party may provide a name and the other congressmen choose the new president. Direct vote.

1.1. the powers of the President of Congress:

- Develop the internal organization of Congress. With the V1, all members of the Congress may propose new laws and create an article to discuss them - that was a very important step forward. But the discussion has only happens after that the law is proposed, where there is almost more time. The role of the President of Congress would be to create a permanent paper for discussion.

- Evaluate and monitor the accounts of the government will be in its jurisdiction, the Minister of Economy and the President of the Republic, creating and maintaining a "Portal of Transparency Thailand". All actions of government in state-owned enterprises (profits, expenses, loans, etc) should be informed.

- Occupy the place (temporarily) of the president or a vice president of eThailand if the president gets out of the game for more than a week.

- Like the other Congressmen may not be incorporated into the Armed Forces (more will be talked of it in my next article), even military. In time of war, may be called to defend the country.

- Establish national plebiscites (as well as the President and any member of Congress can create) to define issues national (such as treaties with other countries, some of impeatchment Minister, creation of a social program, etc). If 70% of the total turnout of the last participate election, the referendum will be considered official and his decision must be put in place by the President and Congress. The Plebiscite should last exactly 24 hours and be conducted in a newspaper. Only will be validated the votes from citizens over 35 experience points.

2. Creating the post of Minister of Economy.

Will be chosen by the President. It must always be accountable to Portal of Transparency Thailand.

2.1. As the powers of the Minister of Economy:

- Manage all state enterprises, always giving back information to the Portal of Transparency in Thailand.

- Supervise the companies to ensure maximum productivity of the country.

Example: Companies with more employees than the recommended will be encouraged to send workers to companies with fewer employees - to increase the productivity of the country; Companies located in areas non-productive will be encouraged and go the best area.

- Develop plans for strengthening the Economy.

Example: a Plan to curb inflation.

- Create and organize, together with the 'Ministry of Welfare and Social Action : Social Support Programs (most of them speak in the coming articles).

The Minister of Economy is to establish who a sharing of the profit so that the
profits of the government companies will be sent to Social Programs. If there is a need, may request more funding for these projects.

3. Creating the post of Ministry of Welfare and Social Action:

Will be chosen by the President. There will be a permanent forum (a newspaper, for example) for discussion and information.

3.1. As the tasks of the Ministry of Welfare and Social Action.

- Create and organize, together with the 'Minister of Economy', Programs of Social Support (most of them speak in the coming articles). The Ministry of Welfare and Social Action is who will organize all social programs (purchase and distribution of gifts, for example).

- Help in time of war, support for soldiers sent to the Field of Battle (distribution of gifts). There will be specific to the soldiers function, then the role of the Ministry of Welfare and Social Action will be organize them.

- There can't be incorporated into the Armed Forces (most of it in my talk next article), although military and in wartime.

4. Creating the post of Minister of Defense.
Will be chosen by the President. There will be a permanent forum (a newspaper, for example) for discussion and information.

4.1. As the powers of the Minister of Defense:

- Organize the Armed Forces (more talk of it in my next article).

- Establish a committee to discuss the global treaty (Peace and ATLANTIS). The Thailand is officially part of Peace, but we are not very active members, so our position may be challenged at any hours.

- Elaborate military treaties with neighboring countries, aimed at our sovereignty.

- How the MPPs are now paid, and the government (in most countries) can not spend money on this, the Minister of Defense should always tell the whole the people of the agreements made, aimed at our protection in the event of a breach of agreements.

These are my proposals for the area of administration of the government. All functions (minister positions) outlined above do not have any type of pay and the posts may be removed if the people agree with a majority vote (for more info look on the last item of paragraph 1.1).
