Hey there eNation. There is a serious issue with this game, and I think the whole damn eWorld needs to know about it! The game is filled with bugs, I mean we know that. But it also has features that can be abused, and one of those is the “court” system. We all make contracts now. Even if we make the contract, if the Thread starter (scammer) changes his post, he can easily say you did nothing.

People lose ridiculous sums of gold to these scammers. They say one thing, change it, and BOOM. Want me to give an example?
Person A (PA) is a eRepublikan looking for a good loan so he can start a company. He goes browsing around until he finds someone. Person B (P😎 is this guy. They discuss things, and then make a contract. PA signs, as usual. But then PB changes the first post to something ridiculous.

Right there, he was scammed. Supposedly, we are supposed to have a court for this. Where is said court? Nowhere to be found. If you demand justice for this, VOTE THIS ARTICLE. Or make a suggestion in the forums!

Jean-Paul Sartre is right. If you do not state the whole text of agreement, that's not following the rules of the eRepublik contract in the first place.

Also take screenshots when it is signed by both parties. Then post the addy to the screenshot in the thread to show any would-be scammer that you are privy to their games.

It's also why you put in a clause that says something like, "if either party modifies their comments, they will pay such and such penalty, and be banned for 3 days."
