Transparency in the House of Commons

Yesterday, a proposal is passed by congress wich will make the House of Commons much more transparant. The House of Commons will publish all proposals (rejected or passd) in combination with the voring results.
But any proposals related to the security or a war of the UK and/or it's allies were exempt from publication. In this way we will protect the UK's security.
I hope you will all subscribe to this newspaper, wich will be created by the president or a Minister of Information.
