Why would the Plato foundation be so silly as to promote the use of the black market for these so called air combat MU's, which seemingly have to be government sponsored enterprises, further eroding the economy; depriving true market place competition and the denial of tax revenue for the sponsoring government (and those the suppliers are avoiding). An embarrassment I hope the Plato foundation has the courage to address.

In terms of Plato Foundation, they receive the budget and operations detailing the "black market" element so I imagine they are fine with it - otherwise they would have told Slua to stop.
