The issues you are bringing up have been discussed and have been on the way to be solved for quite some time now. I will take 5 minute to answer each of your question and then I'll go bang my girlfriend.

1/ War Games.
I don't see the interest of doing them before being at least able to heal our citizens with a Q4 hospital. That said, we have already been invited to participate in the war against eUSA and to participate in the Lithuania/Latvia games. At one point, it was even discussed to hold the games in Pakistan. We have been refused for being a country with too much political tensions. I am looking at you there Milli Vanilli.

2/ Hospital
It's being constructed here as we are speaking. This hospital is being constructed by a pakistani-approved government company, therefore it will be given for free to Pakistan if Dio Brando is elected. If he is not, discussions will be held.

The issues you are bringing up have been discussed and fixed ages before you even thought of it. Your solutions seems to be taxing up Pakistani people, pakistanis are poor people due to the huge war damages we knew in World War 1 & 2, We have been getting better in only two months but your lack of knowledge of the current situation could simply reduce all our efforts to naught. There is a reason if we have a transitionnal government going on, it's not that we are anti-democratic, it's only that disputes would only bring Pakistan down.

Then again, I'm open to any real constructive solution you might have but I suggest you read up a bit more about ePakistan history and if you have any question to make a newspaper article over it sothat knowledgable citizens of Pakistan can share their knowledge, don't be too hasty in fixing problems you don't have any idea of.
