To Prospective Immigrants

Day 1,232, 12:32 Published in Japan Japan by Nihon no Koe

Hello,

To all future and potential immigrants. Congress has a very specific policy for gaining citizenship. Congressmen do not accept citizens who simply PM them and ask.

eJapan uses its forums to keep records of who is asking for citizenship and who has been denied. Go to the forums and sign up to be able to post.

After you have the ability to post, go to the Welcoming Hall and then to Immigration. Create a new thread.

Include:
A title with your name and that you are applying for citizenship.
A link to your profile.
Any reason that we should let you have Japanese citizenship.
Please identify faults in your application before they are questioned.

Here is a helpful example. http://nipponblog.net/showthread.php?t=1734

I want to become a citizen of Japan because Reiji Mitsurugi is the coolest person in eRepublik and I want to live in the same nation he lives in. I am well aware of x, y, and z appearing shady in my friends list and want to explain them now before anybody even has to bother asking me about it. I have already opened a business here in Japan and care very much about improving this nation. Thank you for your time!

After you have posted a thread, please be patient as our MoS and congressmen look over the application. Questions may be asked about parts of your profile. Please answer these questions. After you have been accepted, you will be put on a list of accepted citizens for congress to accept. You can PM congressmen linking them to your accepted immigration application to speed up the final steps.
