To Do List: Estonia

This article is going to be about what we need to do after we get a President and Congress, not before then. You have been warned.

List:
1- Move Gold
2- Change Citz Fee
3- Change Taxes
4- Establish Support Base
5- Establish Good Relations with Neighbors
6- Work on Military


Move Gold
We need to move the Gold to an Estonian Treasury (can't remember the technical term) so that we don't lose all that Gold. If we didn't have all that Gold, there wouldn't be any reason for a TO. Move the Gold, we get safer.

Change Citz Fee
As already stated in Killswitch's article, the Citz fee is very high, and needs to be lowered. There are a lot of multi (accounts) here in Estonia because of the 50 EEK fee. Killswitch wants to(and I quote)
'Reduce the citizen fee to 5EEK.
Appoint a Minister of Immigration (MoIm), who would see to it that new Estonian citizens gets help, and sends them an extra 15EEK from the government once they:

Sign up on the forums and post there first message.'
Very reasonable, since it encourages activity.

Change Taxes
There are a few ways on how we should tax, but there are commonalities. They are that the Raw Materials that we have here in Estonia, e.i. grain, and wood, need to be placed at high import, so 99% for grain. We only have medium wood, so that's going to be lower, but still up there. I'm not exactly sure oh what all the taxes should be placed at, so I'll leave it at this.

Establish Support Base
By that I mean we need to secure ourselves from other PTO's, as there is always a danger, it just lessens somewhat. After the first election, we can see who is here to help, and who is here to hurt. We need a system to root out the TO'ers.

Establish Good Relations with Neighbors
We are the baby from the womb. We are new, and weak. Prone to forces we can't control in the beginning. Finland should be a great ally, and hopefully we can establish war games with them later on. We make a treaty proposing that one of us would declare on the other, we both attack 1 of the other's regions. Example: We attack Southern Finland, they retreat. They attack Kesk-Eesti, we retreat. Twice (maybe more) times a week the Government would start a Resistence War for the newly conquered region, then everyone would fight for the defenders. The Treaty would end at a certain time, then when the time is up, another resistence war would start up this time everyone would fight for the attackers, liberating the region, giving it back to the original owner. Before this would happen though we would get a Q5 hospital.

Work on Military
Basicly would already have started with the War Games, but this would help the Defence Force out. (someone want to comment on the established military? I have little knowledge of it ATM) It would provide some people with weapons to fight, instead of relying on people using their money to pay for their weapons.
