Ok where to start
Right il get this sprightly first i am not attacking you however i dont agree with the practice of running in party A and switching to party B.
However i do understand the basis of your point that to run you need to be in the top 5.
I personally am of 2 minds about your resignation
on one hand fair play for doing what you did and i respect that to the highest degree.
But on the other i think you should not have resigned on the basis that A you got the votes Byour a good guy and C we need all the active congressmen/women we can get
I would also like to personally ask as a MEMBER and i stress the capasity i ask this in that if there was any attacks or mudslinging to stop
this is what we are trying to stop people so come on lads/ladies if you do have a bone to pick plz jus throw it in the ocean and look at the bigger picture we lost an active congressman becauser of what ever happened today
i make no claims i dont know the exact details and i would ask that any involved or angry about whatever happened to jus let it go
if not for your party or yourself
then for your country
help end the party politics

@ Binksy From what I have read this was not mudslinging. I've seen far worse. This was more of a young rep being knocked back into line and given the chance to make right. It may seem a bit harsh, but it was not done out of malice.
@Biffo You were voted in on your own merits, dear man. You just made the mistake of jumping parties and not being transparent enough about it. So admit it and move on. No reason to give up. That's piling another mistake on top of another. It's done now, and you can't undo it. But you can learn and grow from it. I think you should try again. Learn from this and try again.

@Biffo Then why such a dramatic move? Seriously. Politics is tough, if you can't take this little knock..... I suppose you are making the right move then because you just aren't suited for it.
Do you think I haven't taken a knock or two for something I've said or done? Of course, I have. Do you think that my character has never been attacked? Hell, yeah it has. Do I throw up my hands and quit? No I don't. I take my lumps when I'm wrong, and I fight back when I'm not. Politics IS public. I don't know where you got the idea that it wasn't.
Maybe Egg Hunts are more your thing. That's ok. Everybody had their thing. You are just a tender soul is all.
