Tired of eLife

Day 1,092, 20:31 Published in Canada Ireland by Philip Delle Palme

I have got to say Canada, normally I am always happy to play the game, because it is lots of fun and all of you guys are awesome. The past few days have been quite the change from my norm. Everywhere I look I see constant infighting. Trollers vs. Role players, Executive vs. Legislative and of course the most disappointing TCO vs. CAF.

These feuds have always existed but all 3 seem to have culminated in the last couple days and frankly it is the most discouraging thing I have seen on eRep for the 6 months I have been playing. And yes that includes Presidential scandal.

We need to remember one thing all of us who are arguing, we are the leaders of our eCountry. We have the heads of the elected government fighting it out and taking personal snipes instead of working through a problem productively. We have the 2 major military forces in Canada and possibly the world arguing over FAKE money. Accusations flying to and from everyone including the leaders of both noble organizations. THIS CRAP HAS TO STOP. I'm not saying we all need to hold hands and sing kum-biya around a campfire. But out of all this conflict something productive most come out.

Think of a new citizen joining the game, how do we look to them. Unorganized, paranoid and inflamatory. I am actually embarassed about how the rest of the world sees us right now. I am legitimately embarassed over A GAME. This crap has to stop and I mean now. Solutions must be found and things need to start working. Unfounded accusations need to cease and we need to remember the one thing that actually counts in this game. You can find it by clicking on your profile and looking under citizenship. That is what our part of this game is all about.

If we don't remember that Canada won't need enemies to destroy us, we will do that ourselves.

Sorry for the rant and wall of text but I feel that this needed to be said. I personally feel better all ready.

THIS IS OUR CANADA
THIS IS YOUR NORTHERN CORNER
