Firstly This is not my idea..and sorry that i don't know where I saw the article about this and therefore the credit goes to him whoever it is!!Since I liked the Idea and would like to implement here in eIndia I'm writing this article!!

The interested People can reserve at Max 3 numbers from 1-20 !! each Number would cost 50 INR!!After all the tickets are purchased the LUCKY NUMBERS would be randomed using Random.org website and the rewards would be given to the top 3 Winners.

FIRST PRIZE : 500 INR
SECOND PRIZE : 250 INR
THIRD PRIZE : 150 INR
