Time for a Puzzle

Hello eWorld!
I've made a new puzzle, again with 10 Q7 weapons as a prize! First one to solves it wins!
There are 5 houses. Red, Blue, Yellow, Green and Orange. In one of those houses, someone got murdered. The owners of the houses are EtienneGoh, Amli Nujhan, Clanky4, Mhifzan and Firebourne. In each house a weapon was found, those weapons are: a pistol, a machine gun, artillery, a helicopter and a tank.
1. In house 1 lives Clanky4.
2. Mhifzan has a tank.
3. Amli Nujhan doesn't live in the blue house and there is no machine gun in the blue house.
4. The pistol is in the green house and is on the right of the fourth house.
5. In house 3 is a helicopter.
6. In the red house lives Firebourne.
7. The second house is yellow and Mhifzan is not living in it.
Please tell me everything about Mhifzan. No random guesses as I would like to know how you found the answer otherwise it's too easy to guess 😉
The next puzzle will (probably) be about who was killed and who is the murderer 😃

It's actually pretty amazing they all live so close together
the murderer is Amli, he is the only one capable to do so. he's slick, deviously smart stone cold killer. he's like a hitman, a punisher. he can kill without leaving any evidence. it must be him, no one else could

Mhifzan lives in house 4 which is blue and has a tank.
I can send you photo evidence that I worked it out on a piece of paper.
It's proven this way:
TANK =MHIFZAN
TANK can't be in number 1 (Clanky is there)
TANK can't be in number 2 (mhifzan not there)
TANK can't be in number 3 (helicopter is there)
TANK can't be in number 5 (pistol is there)
TANK must be in number 4
YELLOW is number 2
GREEN is number 5 (with pistol)
RED is number 3 (Firebourne cannot be in others houses)
THEN EITHER,
BLUE is number 4 (if machine gun is in number 1)
BUT,
BLUE can be number 1 (if machine gun is in number 2)
making number 4 is ORANGE
mhifzan has a tank at the house number 4 which is blue.
Or,
mhifzan has a tank at the house number 4 which is orange
I think marcotje missed an extra clue there.
Damn, I'm drunk enough to decide whether my home is green or yellow?
I 'll certainly impeach marcotje for all these troubles.

Mhifzan:
- he has a tank (as stated in 2.);
- he lives in house no. 4, because: as stated in 1. Clanky lives in house no. 1, as stated in 7. Mhifzan doesn`t live in house no2, from 5. we know that in house 3 there is a helicopter, not a tank and there, I assume, is a pistol in the fifth house (if I get 4. right).
- his house is blue: there is no machine gun in the blue house (3), there is pistol in the green house (4), Firebourne lives in the red house (6) and Mhifzan is not living in the yellow house (7).
I can only be wrong if the numbering of the houses is not picked by their position from left to right.

A THEORY OF A BETTER STORY
EtienneGoh was murdered silently.
For making noise with the artillery.
The number 4 turned bloody red that once was blue
Obviously not investigated in the given clue.
I live next door in the green house stated 5 by number.
Obviously with a pistol used for the murder.
Firebourne from the 3rd house gets the blame
His house and helicopter are as red as flame
Clanky was cleaning his machine gun
Orange house is too far being the number one.
mhifzan loves his yellow house the number two.
But, suspiciously LIVING in his tank together with Buntak too
THE CONCLUSION:
The murderer is me, Amli Nujhan.
The dead victim would be Marcotje!
but then how is Marcotje writing about his own murder?
Come on dude... this is the magical world of eRepublik.
A dead person can always live again.
Since the question is to tell everything about MHifzan, here's my answer:
Mhifzan lives in the fourth house which is blue in colour and he owns a tank.
He is neighbour with with Firebourne to his left, who owns the red house and a heli.
His neighbour on the right owns the green house and a pistol. I still can't decide whether the green house is owned by Amli or Etiennegoh but that doesn't matter.
Well that is from the puzzle point of view. There's no clue whatsoever about his personal life 😛
I can't see why everybody keep insisting that mhifzan lives in the BLUE house...
Yes, it is indeed a possible answer.
However, with the uncertainty of my(or Etinnes's) weapon; and the the machine gun dilemma belong to which house... this puzzle has a fallacy..
There's no rule saying that the machine gun cannot be in the yellow house.
Try that, and you'll find Clanky fits in a BLUE house with the artillery.
Making house number 4 is ORANGE.
i did come up with either blue or orange house for Mhifzan. But something gave out that he actually lived in the blue house. But I have lost the workings for that and need to redo it. But knowing myself, i am too lazy to do it 😛
I want to live in green house but instant marcotje paint my house orange
I think I have to stop doing these puzzles if we want to make sure Amli won't go insane lol
keep doing it, it brings back the fun in this forsaken game
