Comrades,

I have spent a great deal of time across the river. My time as a spectre was one of a detached wisdom. I felt peace and no worry about death or chaos. I was prepared to lose my character to the ravages of starvation. It turns out the universe had different plans.

I was contacted by Adam Sutler. He told me to return. As he has contacted those before me, he reached out to me. He wrote many things and I understood them to be his truth. In time I shall reveal the things he showed me. One phrase stood out as the evidence of my reason for returning.

Thy will be done, Adam. I took a familiar boat voyage back to this shore. It is much as I remember it. I know that I have changed and that is well.
