Throwing my hat into the ring...

Day 1,167, 08:22 Published in Singapore Singapore by Parrington

The presidential ring, that is.

I've been considering a presidential run for a while now, and the past few weeks have convinced me its time to put myself forward.

This first article is just letting you know I'm intending to run. My proposed cabinet and full manifesto will come over the next few days.

But I'll give you an idea of what my main priorities are...

-Domestic policy (Babyboomz and stuff, carrying on and adding to the work that's been started)

-Malaysia. Pretty self explanatory. If elected, I'll be looking to sustain a lasting peace between our two nations.

-Stability. This includes ATO stuff and foreign affairs.

Of these, I feel the domestic side of things is absolutely key this month, and, at the end of the day, that's why I've decided to run. I believe that I am extremely strong on domestic policy, and that we, as a nation, can develop new thinking together to make eSing an absolutely amazing place to live.

I'll put my CV thingy below. I'm not very good at self promotion but at least its readable.

Experienced minister
Most experienced trade unionist in the eWorld
Former eSing minister for Population and Foreign Affairs
Asked by many to stand for president (although not standing in January)
Experienced PP
100% active
Friendly, easy to get on with, and open to new ideas.
Just plain awesome.

I'm hoping to speak with as many people as possible in the runup to the the election- active and less active.

Don't be afraid to get in touch, get involved.

Stay safe,

Parrington
