ThomasRed / 90 days...

90 days...

90 days that I have been elected for the first time as President of the United Netherlands... It was an honour for me to became the first former Belgian President. I wasn't so experienced at this time, as I became one of the most youngest President of eRepublik, and i received a lot of confidence. I've learned the job, and i met a lot of interesting people, within our nation, and in PEACE GC.

60 days that I have been elected for the second time as President of the United Netherlands... This second presidential term was in fact the continuation of the first one, and together we have been able to improved our nation in many differents ways.

29 days that I have been elected for the third time in a row as President of the United Netherlands... This was maybe the most important election I won, because I knew this term will be very important for our nation, with some questions about the redefining of our Union. Unfortunately, I didn't managed to work on this like i really wanted because of some real life troubles which arrises and which are still not over.

I don't want to make this article a summary of all the good things i've done or all the bad things i've done too, i just wanted to look back on my career and to really thanks all the people who voted for me and all the people who have always been at my side during these 90 days of Presidency. I also want to thanks all our eUNL citizens who despite the fact they didn't support me at the start worked hard to pull our country up.

I'm 154 days old in eRepublik, and i have been President for more than a half of my erep life. I wish all the best to the new President of the United Netherlands who will be elected tomorow, and i want to say him to do not hesitate to ask me some help in the first days, or later, if he have some troubles or need some advices.

Whatever reason you may have in your personal life which led to you being inactive: I am 100% sure they heavily outweigh your responsibilities ingame.

I believe you when you say that Real Life caught up with you and only hope you will make it out of whatever situation it is you are facing IRL.

I figured you were under some strain reading your last article: it is not the ThomasRed I have come to known, but part of me also understands the frustration that may have led to that post. In the en😛 we all make mistakes, it shows we're human. When it's time to move on to a new episode we shouldn't always look back too much.

To me, the man has earned my full respect and is an admirable person. Someone who has always worked hard for this country. In that way the call for him when he was inactive for a short period of time only shows how important he is and has been. All we can do is hope he will continue to do so in the future.

Thanks for all the work you have done ThomasRED. Thanks also for the nice debates we had about the future of our nation. You always want to do more than time allows. I hope you will be soon back alive and kicking in our nation. Good luck solving your real life troubles.
