There is a great sadness these days in ireland and for the first time in a few articles I am not joking around. Fact is the "community ministry" is now a state run organization. And what is worse is that orc politics is ruling. As proof the latest winners of a survey.
Orcs is now so blatant in their actions they act with free abandon. First off Epic Warfare Competition: I was never given any support by the community and spend many many gold on Irelands cause and also finished in the top 10 . Conveniently only the top 7 is mentioned furthermore Mary Robinson is awarded a medal for handing out supplies. I got no supplies at the crux no one got supplies and what was worse Appleman was shamelessly exploiting the situation to make massive money for himself by charging 0.20 IEP per Q1 food.
Secondly the survey results is so obviously screwed up. Sweet Drinker almost won in every category. There is no none orc winner except Bhane. A orc article was appointed winner without a vote. I cannot believe that the article got 100% of the nominations as I nominated myself one of my articles.
Furthermore Applman won a category without himself even being nominated?????
Therefore I won't be participating in community events anymore and hope the ILP or any other non orc party can create its own community article so that we can abandon the Ministry of Community.
Yes a very sad day indeed!

Actually, I just checkED this and RtK is correct Appleman was not nominated.
I would like an explanation on how he therefore won the award (not saying he did or did not deserve it)
I explained this in the last article RTK made. As you can see in the above article that there was a text box left by me by mistake on the form. It happened when I had to remove a candidate that was nominated for a category that he was not eligible in. I guess you could say that I didn't proofread the form well enough before I posted it.
Well when I counted votes there were people who filled in the slot with Appleman. I guess they figured it was a spot for a write in candidate. I don't know why since none of the other categories had them. Anyway the number of fill ins for Apple equaled the number of votes for Ian. That was after removing the duplicate and false votes by fake citizen accounts. So going with what I perceived as the will of the Community I made them both co winners.
It was a mistake on my part on the creation of the form but as it seemed that the community wanted it I went with it.
Out of curiosity..how did my name ended up in that list? I don't remember placing myself placing my name there...and i was not notified someone else did.
Someone thought you were deserving of a nomination and nominated you. So you were in the running for the award. Anyone can nominate anyone else as long as they fit the criteria. You can nominate yourself also except for Lifetime Achievement and any category you are not qualified for. If you have not written an article you can't be nominated for publisher and if you have not fought you can't be nominated for Soldier etc...
I can find out who nominated you if you like.

Krakken had 10 votes that nominated him for article of the month.
Me and krakken openly stated we nominated Krakken for that award.
So you had 2 public votes for Krakken and yet you didn't find to place krakken name along with Seanan's?
