That's Right. I, Ste93, have been picked to run for mayor in Belfast.

But Why Should We Vote For You?

Simple.
I am a dedicated and honest Citizen who has Belfasts interests at heart.
I would also be very active in the regional council as im already on erepublik.co.uk and I'm up to date on all the latest goings on in the (e-)UK and, indeed, the world.

I also have the full backing of our (soon to be)former mayor, Final Destiny, who did such a great job.

If i get voted in by you fine people of Belfast there are 5 key things i'd like to do:

1) Get more citizens!

It is fairly obvious that the population of Belfast is on the skimpy side. I will try to get that up, whether that be promoting erepublik in the "real world" or convincing other citizens in the UK that Belfast is the place to be. We are a great place to be in the Uk, we just have to convince people of that, which is what i will do. This doesn't mean i will ignore people who are already in Belfast...

2) Get a Hospital!

I find it disgusting that the city with the best average strength is having their citizens health depleted due too the lack of hospital. I will do everything in my power to get Belfast at least a Q1 hospital in the next month, if not more!

3) Keep Our Strength Up!

As i mentioned before we have the biggest average strength in our region than any other region (including the UK's best soldier: Kite). Of course this is mainly due too our low population - However i am willing to add incentives to people to get there strength up (these incentives will probably be GBP from my own pocket!)

4) Giving out Gifts

I plan to continue to give out gifts to needing citizens, like FD did, out of my own pocket.

5) Make Belfast More United!

Like my party, i believe unity to be a key thing. A key thing Belfast is lacking. Apart from FD, no one else from belfast has messaged me once since i moved in! This isn't creating a sense of friendship! I plan on contacting everyone, and seeing if there is something we can do online together to build up a feeling of togetherness that i fear we lack. I wonder how many citizens have quit the game because they felt they felt bored and alone? If they get contacted by people, i dont think they will.
