Hello, Horice P Fossil here again

As i stated in my last article 'HORICE WANTS YOUR VOTE' i have been listening to what the South East citizens feel needs to be done to improve thier time here in erep:

1/ the South East needs a NHS director

2/The South East wants a Q5 hospital

3/More information for newer citizens on how to survive and grow in erep.

These were the main responses i recieved and as promised these will now become my manifesto promises to you the citizens of the South East,your manifsto.

Please do not stop letting me know how,if elected,you feel i could improve the South East.

Thanks again for taking the time to read this,and may i take this oppertunity to wish the best of luck to all those standing for congress.
