The Screams.

H
e was sitting behind the table at local ***, finishing his chicken nuggets and surfing in web for the last news. The day was quite hot outside and sun was shining high. Air conditioners were working good and making the air easy to breath at the restaurant.

He loved to come here afternoons for break, order nuggets, sit at his usual place in corner, so nobody disturbed him, eat his food and read the latest articles.

Hmm, entertainment, nice, but not interesting, political, the same…oh, wait, Sirius. Would be interesting to learn what is new in our beloved Alliance.”

We are about to embark on a new period of foreign affairs. We are no longer a part of the Sirius alliance.” These words were stated in first sentences of the article of Mrs. President.

What is going on?” thought he and read the whole article. It was general, well politically written paper, however definitely not enough for him.

I thought we were doing well. Our guys are at HQ for last months. It seems that only America gives a sh*t to the alliance if to look at Sirius page. Man, I remember fighting the whole days for Croatia and Spain. And now we break up with Sirius. Maybe it is because of Argentinean NAP? But Sirius must admit that they are too democratic to fight against, not like Canada!”

Our brave soldiers were a nightmare for Asteria, I beg you, Sirius cannot be that serious!”

While he was on his thoughts trying to understand the logic behind the decision and future of his country and Alliance, the sound of friendly joy was broken by screams and arrogant speaking in Spanish, to be concrete in Andalusian accent of it (our hero spent two years of his youth in Seville, so knew very good dialect of the region).

These Yankees promised and betrayed us!” “They have woman in power, what they can understand of politics!” “They were never true Sirius, as are not Croatia and Turkey!” “I never trusted ameros, they were just extra band in chain!”

He looked at them under his cowboy hat, listened with patience to all this conversation, cleaned up the table and quitted the room. There was too much people applauding to this sick cries now. On the way to his car, he thought.

All what happen, happen to best! God bless America!”
