The Poles are strong but there is one weakness that we can take advantage off that we have a lot of,

So when the Polish army arrives we have placed vodka bottles in a line leading to a secret cave where a giant Rave is taking place
Then the Poles will get so stoned and loving that they will forget about the War with Sweden and eventually go back home after they have "landed" and remember the time in Sweden as a good one and everyone lived happily ever after.
