The Return of Bayanihan

Day 1,367, 13:09 Published in Philippines Norway by Sigurd Aasen

Hello my fellow eFilipinos,

Sorry for my late update; I have had a hectic few days in real life and was unable to find the time to publish an article until now.

Following Monday's Party President elections, I was elected PP of the old Party I created, the Philippine Progressive Party. As stated before the election I was planning a change in the Party, and have reformed the glorious old party, Bayanihan.

The old Bayanihan was formed by some old citizens, beginning as a humble org to help to fund a hospital for ePhilippines, eventually transforming into a party. But he decided to change it to the Philippines Zombie Party on account of its inactivity. In that time it has been my opinion that our country has become divided. An influx of Americans benefited our country, but they have now departed. The political scene has divided, with there being various parties with no unified goal for helping our nation. Our military is divided into various private armies independent of one-another, and an inactive national military. The mission of Bayanihan is to unite the country to achieve our national goals through co-operation of all citizens and peoples of our country.

It has long been a goal of mine to have Party Presidents to form a co-operative organisation to prevent and made known about PTOers in our country. If they can successfully identify PTOers for congress or Party President elections, we can make sure sufficient Anti-Takeover action is taken and thus ensure our country is kept safe.

I would like to also get co-operation between our many Military Units. We must be able to co-operate in battle involving the Philippines, and in such crucial battles, the MU's most co-operate and aid each other if supplies are needed. A MU who lacks supplies will be ineffectual to help our nation, and so I believe the Minister of Defence should encourage a uniform order and supply policy when our country has crucial battles.

Remember, Bayanihan is about a united community and achieving common goals through co-operation. It is a party that will work for the betterment of ePhilippines and her citizens. We hope to create a party with a friendly atmosphere and an active community, where anyone can voice their opinions about the party, its policies and the state of affairs in ePhilippines at the moment.

Thank you,
Sigurd Aasen
