The PMC: Mercenaries Wanted

I would like to announce today the creation of a new division of Schmitt Holdings Incorporate😛 the Private Military Company, or PMC. Though we have heard of mercenaries before in this game, the PMC will truly bring the concept of an army-for-hire to eRepublik.

The PMC is composed of teams of soldiers who are assigned to a particular nation for a set period, usually 30 days. These soldiers fight for that country, and report back to Schmitt Holdings with their damage amounts and what battle they fought in. At the end of the assignment period, the government of that nation pays Schmitt Holdings, and Schmitt Holdings pays its soldiers.

Schmitt Holdings will also attempt to provide its mercenaries with the finest weapons available, and this will help the soldiers get more damage, which means ranking up faster, as well as greater pay.

Mercenaries, be warne😛 nothing is keeping you from leaving that nation, and you don't have to fight (forcing either of these rules upon you would violate the rules). However, your pay is based on how much damage you do for your assigned nation, so that is your incentive to stick to the assignment.

Hiring nations are also welcome. Nations who wish to acquire our services first should contact Schmitt Holdings soon, as this offer won't last. Any incentives nations may want to offer to swing the deal in their direction are very welcome.
