I wish I could have gotten this out a while ago, but unfortunately college is getting into crunch time, and eRepublik had to take a back seat.

I have commented on this before, (http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/in-times-of-turmoil-trust-penguin1-1984731/1/20) it was a little abstract, but what I said remains true. The EP’s are the guys making a huge fuss in the McDonalds, making it worse for everyone else. If they care so deeply about Canada, then stop throwing rocks through the window and pick up a broom.
In other words, let them continue the show, its amusing to watch from afar. If no one pays them the attention they want, then they will either get bored, like a pedophile in a prison, or they’ll continue. When they want to do something constructive, they can stop tanking and we can sit and talk.
On me voting ‘yes’ for Rolo in the Supreme Court

Why would I do such a horrid horrid thing?
If you recall to my December (2010) bid for president, you may recall that I find the Supreme Court a big waste of time. In this game it holds no real merit and until we can somehow enforce it in game, it about as useful, as the 3D aspect of the new titanic movie is to a blind person. Also you may recall that Rolo has been pardoned, hence forth by this stupid role-play aspect, free from all crime and liabilities.
So I don’t care about the supreme court, and having Rolo in there, proves a few things, the main one being that it’s a huge joke. If I can have my way, the Supreme Court would be gone.
Moving on to Rolo
Rolo is, by the stupid role play standards, not a criminal. But it does not matter, he could be named the most fluffy bunny, who give chocolate to Citizen B, you’re just avoiding the fact, that by game standards, he is very powerful, with a lot of men at his side, some more close then others.
But I’ve learned a few things over the year of observing him, closely, sometimes at night. Rolo is going to do, what rolo is going to do, and there is not much we can do to stop him, especially as fractured as we are currently. He is never going to say sorry, nor is he going to return the ‘PTO’d ’ parties.
If eCanada wants these things back, you should not look at the President, nor congress. Look in a mirror and then say, what can I do?
Congress can only do so much, a president even less, if eCanada truly wants Rolo gone, then throw away this sense of integrity, we have, and get into the trenches.
On Election Day vote buying is a big factor, we know vote are being bought, so they can be bought in the favor of us. Look at it from a two clicker’s perspective; you don’t care about much of anything, you come in work, train, sell your good, leave. When someone says, ‘hey throw your vote my way, I send you some tanks’ and another guy say ‘hey vote for me because the other guy is evil’ what merit do you have in his eyes, that you’re telling the truth, you aren’t giving him anything. So he may not care, he may want the tanks. So give him the tanks, you may not like giving him the tanks, but you can get more with a kind word and a gun, then you can with just a kind word.
It comes down to game mechanics, through and through nothing else matters in this game, (not really true I got a lot of friends here, but you get my point) this game can be like walking into a bandit lair, if you go in thinking the truce will be honoured you most likely be getting an arrow in the knee.
The Bottom Line
I’m going to level with you guys, eCanada is a mess, and it won’t be easy trying to get out of this one, but if you want eCanada to be great again, if you really want it to be, then help me, I cannot do it alone. I call eCanadians from sea to shining sea, and beyond, come home, pick a broom, and together, we can clean up this house. But only together, from the EPC, to people at home, let us put away our dicks, stop trying to f*ck each other with sand paper and try and work together, I fear this is eCanada’s last chance, if it take on any more water, we’ll be wetter than those school girls I see in the videos.

Wouldn't be a problem if the vast majority had integrity, the problem lies in the fact that those of us that do are outnumbered.
I agree, but those that do may be out numbered but it doesn't help that they artificially limit their self.
The logic of putting Rolo in the Supreme Court to cause its ruin is the same as some people wanting Rolo as CP so they have a reason to RW eCan's holdings and undermine its MPPs/status in TEDEN.

The other set of logic is to work within to slowly and steadily improve the system (even if it is to formally have the Supreme Court dismantled in a proper process).Throwing a monkeywrench into forum management seems a way to 'artificially limit oneself' (as you commented, Penguin) from having control over something you rely on to conduct all kinds of government business.
I don't see how RWing your country's territories is all that different from giving more forum power to someone who will likely use it to his advantage ~ both are ruinous, or at least quite lulzy and entertaining to do. I'm starting to see why people are jumping on the bandwagons on either side of the fence.
Pretty sure I know which one I'll be hopping onto if it comes down to it.

We did. We were congressmen and PP's and CP's and we talked and we negotiated. And then we lost our seats to vote buyers who are completely inactive in congress and we lost our parties to vote buyers and trolls who had no interest in advancing policy and we were trolled as CP's by people who consistently undermined our efforts by leaking classified information and running subterfuge with our mandates. Talking didn't work, but tanking has gotten the attention.
It's working. The silent majority isn't so silent anymore. If EPC doesn't achieve its mandate, the silent majority will, and that's not a bad thing.

While some oif this I'd completely disagree with, it's also interesting to see things repeated I've said over the past month. Prehaps the track of EPC is running right.

Addy you give far to much credit to Rolo. Acacia got 3 times as many votes then
Rolo. You yourself got 2 times as many votes the last time you ran.
Your just taking the lazy route. It would be hard to come back and give up your bonus's and actually get in the trenches and work at real solutions. It was so easy to just walk away. Now you sit back from a far and play your EPC games. The effects of which you are totally insulated from. If you were here you would at least have the creditably of paying the same price as the rest of us.
Come back and actually do the tough work. I will support you then. Just like the old days.
