Hello ANA, and eSouth Africa.


Congressional elections a few days back occurred, and we have a very reasonable and hardworking set of congressmen (women?) for this term!

Our party was gifted with three rightfully elected congressmen! We had the infamous Ajay Bruno, who took home a rather high ranking in Limpopo, Stormclouds, a newfound talent in the ANA, came in close behind, and yours truly was gifted with a seat in Free-State!

Sadly, the great honor of serving eSA has been taken from me by the Admins, for what it’s worth, and 5 gold was deducted from my account, despite my having already donated it to the RBSA.

Moving on from that little debacle, Country Presidential elections are coming up! I encourage all party members to join our forums, and vote for who you think should be country president! So far the consensus is to support Mr. Steven Bosch for Country President, and I support him personally as well. On the other hand, should the people of our party decide to support another candidate, I will gladly do as they wish. I hoe to be a PP for the people, by the people.

I’d also like to make comments about decorum. I don’t think that anyone will disagree that our party has made great strides in achieving acceptance in eSA. We had 3 congressmen elected instead of just Ajay last month. BUT, we have a long way to go. We need to show the rest of our countrymen that we are not here for PTO, that we are not here to make life miserable for our compatriots, and we are not here to thrust any of our individuals into places of power. We are here to be a mildly conservative party, that encourages free-thinking, patriotism, and (I hope) common sense. On the other hand… I have noticed unruly behavior on the part of my fellow party members, Ajay, and Exilious. While I encourage them to be politically active, to have opinions, to be active party members, and citizens, I would further like to encourage them, and anyone else for that matter, acting discourteously.

Ajay, I respect you as the founder of this party, and I acknowledge your support among our members, but you drag us down with some of your commentary, and give us all a bad name. I would encourage you to publicly apologize for any rudeness, or perceived PTO, and then work in the future to better your relationship with various members of our great eSouth African community.

Exilious, I appreciate your forming of the forums, your work in communicating with members, and your ability to get some things done. On the other hand, I don’t think any of us appreciate your attempts to use e-republik as a slightly more moderated version of 4-chan or some other abomination of internet usage. I urge you only to engage in more use of decorum, and to please be polite. I don’t want to limit your opinion or your ability to speak, I would just like to urge you to shape up. If you can’t shape up, and no longer represent our party adequately I would like to ask you to leave. I have been approached by several legitimate members about this very action, including one of our senators (hint, it’s not Ajay) and I would like you also to apologize for your actions against the eyes of our people.

That being said, I hope that our party can move on to a brighter, greater future together!
