The Northern Region Battle / It's all about the oil

Following a revelation I had last night, and that unofficial article, I decided to write a proper one today, as I consider this battle an important part of the Russo-Romanian war .The battle was started as a resistance war to liberate a Russian region from Norway, but it was started by sunsetter, a romanian, it's hero is the_mihai, the former romanian president, and half of the resistance fighters were romanians. So why the hell did the romanians want to liberate a new region of Russia? Well... quite simple. The objective of this war was Romania getting more resources. Resources that were obviously located in West Siberia Region ( high on wood, iron and oil ). But wait... there's a problem ... West Siberia is inaccessible.. it only has borders with Norwegian regions. I think you got the message ... they want to liberate it in order to then conquer it and gain access to the real target : West Siberia.

I think what they are after is a border with Peace nations in the east, in addition to resources.

there are several reasons for which romania attacked russia
- new direct border with PEACE(main reason)
- resources(although there are abundent resources i don't think that this was the main reason as tempting as it may seem...Romania has its own resources as well)
- the political regime which placed romanian companies on the Black List(the trigger that lead to the chain of events)
@spadesharp... look at the title... there is no region with oil or diamonds in romania...not even at medium level
