With only 12 hours until the local elections begin I decided to give the people of eIreland a quick pre-election analysis of the Local Elections.

First of all I will go through the parties and where they currently stand Local Election wise.

Galway

Candidates:

Thomas Page (IRSP)

Limerick
Current Mayor:Ciaran CheXavier (IF)

Candidates:
Agathon (IF)
Shadowking(IUP)
5n4keyes(IFP)

Dublin
Current Mayor:ionutzsteaua

Candidates:
Inquitus (IUP)
Brian Boru(IF)
irish-rebel(IRSP)
Inanis(IFP)

Dundalk
Current Mayor: Top Gun

Candidates:
Top Gun (IF)
Elwyn(IUP)

Cork
Current Mayor:Wes Tanner (IUP)

Candidates:
Wes Tanner(IUP)
Jim O'Malley(IF)
Fenrile(IFP)

As you can see Ireland Reborn and Fianna Fáil have yet to put up any candidates. I am sure that IR at any rate will challenge for at least Dublin.

piffy and Ciaran CheXavier will not be resuming their mayoral positions and ionutzstaeua has not yet declared that he willl run for re-election.

Ireland First currently run 4/6 of eIreland's Regions

A lot of candidates were either congressmen or mayoral candidates for another party recently than the one that they are currently going up for:
Agathon-IUP>IF (Was eIreland's first congresswoman with IUP)
Inquitus-IF>IUP (Was mayor of Dublin with IF)
Elwyn-IF>IUP (Narrowly lost out in last months local elections with IF)

Make sure tomorrow that whoever you vote for that you vote.
Remember that these could be the last Local Elections so make your vote very carefully. Your region will need to be strong going into V1
