The Last of Us

Day 5,588, 08:25 Published in USA USA by logan Dunleavy

This morning I woke up, again.

It is my second morning once again active in this game. I've begun to dive into old places, notice what's changed, and realize that it's still just as messed up and broken as it was when I faded into obscurity.

I remember vividly the extraordinary hope that came with the announcement of v2, promises of the same great browser game - but with more features, more countries, and of course new aspects. The community was large, active, and engaged (at least it felt like that).

We know what happened though, v2 was launched and the economy crashed, I remember the days of one Gold being worth roughly $80-$100 USD. Today, inflation still grips the economy, successive eUS governments have tried their best to combat this, but the Admins continued to flood the currency market with pay-to-win schemes and new money-grabs.

I have faith that the new ePresident and his government are working diligently to bring back player participation, to increase economic prosperity, and stability, despite the Admins.

I look forward to seeing what happens to the last of us left.

Godspeed.
