The King is Dead

It’s been a while since the IL published its last article. Today I bring good news! Today (technically yesterday) the IL toppled the MU king, the CAF!


A bit anti-climatic isn’t it?

To mark this triumphant feat I, Macubex8, will be supplying a full set of food fights (65 Q5 food) to IL members who request so in #iLegion on IRC. Very much convenient as tonight we have a timed strike at 17:00 erep time so all those IL members who show up will get some food to go with their tanks 😃

However this is but one small segment of a much larger article. After all, it’s been a while since the last article. Let’s start with membership, this past month the IL has seen it’s active membership (members who are supplied by the IL and fight) exceed 100 members. Our Double Slaves... I mean our volunteer RM company workers have served us with steadfast loyalty, allowing us to become completely self-sufficient in WRM. (and then some.) I feel as though I should also mention that former IL member and company holder Sir Arthur William Currie or Sawc for short repaid the IL for every saltpeter company that was purchased by the IL with a little interest to boot, for a total repayment of $800,000 CAD.
Now we can work our way into the truly fun part, Timed Strikes. The pride of the Legion. To date the IL has hosted 44 Timed Strikes since its inauguration on February 18th and tonight we will host the 45th Timed Strike at 17:00 erep time, all are welcome regardless of MU. I have plenty of stats for you, after all it's been a while since we posted some stats.
April 10th
Our strongest strike to date with 4.23 million damage dealt. With the help of TCO heavy hitters, mass amounts of IL members and some extra help from other MUs the IL sets the bar high.

April 21st
A more of an average night on #iLegion. Though with 2.55 million damage we're no slouches on a calm night either.



April 28th
Ninjas! With the absence of Nosyt the US based Ultra Marines blitz the IL Timed Strike taking the gold and being the only MU to deal over 1 million damage!



April 29th
The IL isn't helpless without it's heaviest hitter though and even still without Nosyt the IL takes it's revenge and makes a decisive victory over the UM the next night.



May 1st
What better way to end then with the most recent strike? Dealing over 3 million damage two nights and a row I wonder if we can keep it up?
