Join the new world

Each of the different parties in our country does things differently. The USWP is essentially a collection of oldfags, each with plenty of experience and influence. The AMP focuses on numbers, and the WTP on new players. In the case of the AFA, they multi, cheat, refuse to work with anything else, and in general just suck. The Feds, however focus on activity, and this is what makes them great.

Most of this game is played outside of the actual eRepublik site, on various forums and irc chats. All the major decisions are made in these places. It's there that people gain fame, make connections, rise to (and fall from) power, and actually have fun. I idle in the Fed (#fedpartychat), AMP (#amp), and WTP (#wtp) chats mostly 24/7. Here's where the we see a major difference in the parties; #fedpartychat is by far the most active. Next to nothing gets said in the AMP or USWP chats, there are decent number of conversations in WTP's, but nothing compared to the Feds. There are almost always people talking and having a good time. Newbies are welcome, and often stick around (Trickstir being one of the most recent additions).

Our forums are also incredibly active. Even more goes on there than in #fedpartychat; games are played, politics discussed, and poals voted on (we even had a poll on how to spell the word). Throughout it all, we are serious when we need to be, fun when we want to be, and always Proud/Horny. The Feds are more than just a party, they are a community, that people actually enjoy being in.

A final, rather important factor to the success of the feds is the combination of oldfags and newbs. The old guys (Fingerguns, Cromstar, and Greene12, for example) have been around forever, and know what they're doing, how the game works, and the history of the ever so strange eWorld. At the same time, there are players who haven't been around anywhere near as long, (JLo and EA), and then the complete newbs. Each group has the potential to lead, thanks to help from the others. Without the oldfags, use newer guys would probably be pretty lost, but you need new people to keep life in the game. Hell, JLo put up a decent run for CP.

Long story short, the feds are awesome, but most importantly, we're PROUD AND HORNY.
