Join the new world

Ok so this is a very exciting time for the IDF. We've hit a bit of a lull and I'm ready to start expanding again.

For the past few weeks we have not had a general and the colonel has not been greatly active. I have served as general the colonel may not have done much because I sorta just did the job. I'm kinda hands on like that I guess.

That said I'm ready to start recruiting again. Right now these are positions we're looking for.

General- The IDF needs a new general. I will not lie to you. This is a draining job. It takes up a lot of time and needs an active person to do it. Requirements for this position is to have at least served as a squad leader. This is a position that will require contact with squad leaders, colonels and a IDF recruiter. Depending on your experience level I'll be able to help you and make sure you're ready, but I'm not one to stand in the way of progress and most of what you want to do with your military you'll be able to do. You're job will be to run the IDF, advise the MoD of any possible problems, and the President if asked.

Colonel- A colonel is the head of a company or 4 squads. You'll be responsible for relaying messages to your squad and advising the general to any problems while running your company. You will work with squad leaders, appoint new ones from with in the company if required, this will require going to the general, but the general should know that it's you company to be run. Previous squad leader experience is required.

Squad leader- The life blood of the IDF, you run your squad. You are the conduit between command and the troops. It's a great position to start in and can help you get far from this position. It requires no experience, only activity.

Recruiter- is a position outside the regular CoC. You will answer only to the MoD, and will work with the general to recruit new soldiers and get them assigned to squads.

I don't know how much contact there has been between people, but if I am right and people are feeling apart you should be contacted soon.

The NEW and Exciting!

I am trying to get a new branch started under the branch of defense. Our very own Mossad. Like the real life counterpart this will be an intelligence gathering branch. This position will utilize many things including embassies, agents, and their own contacts to stay informed on the goings on of the eWorld. This person needs to be someone of great experience and dedication. It will require a lot of in game knowledge as well as contacts. The overall goal is to create a department that will be able to inform the MoD and the president of any possible problems.

This is really a stretch for me. It is a new department. I'm going to get a hold of some people in the eUS to see if there CIA program is still working for some ideas, but this probably isn't going to be super smooth at first.
