The Hounds of Culann - An Irish Legion Abroad

Day 1,243, 07:37 Published in Ireland Ireland by Sean MacDiarmata
Citizens of Ireland, this is your co-pilot speaking (on your pilot's newspaper because I don't have current citizenship). As you know Ireland already has a fantastic military of its own but I come to talk to you about what you can do, as an Irishman or woman, if you decide to move abroad for a change.

Many of you will already have heard of the legendary militia known as The Crimson Order, which has divisions in Canada and Australia and is one of the most respected and feared military units in the eWorld. Ireland has fought with them many times, in defence of home nations and allies, and many eIrish have formed fantastic individual friendships and working relationships with its members. I have been a member of this group for the past couple of months and, this week, due to the number of Irish currently serving there they gave us our very own Legion within the Canadian branch of TCO; Ninth Legion: The Hounds of Culann.

We currently have seven members, though a couple more are due to join us soon, and if you're considering time away from Ireland (this is not an attempt to poach Irish people happy where they are or who are happy in the IA) and you think Canada might be worth a go - you're right, it is. You can still fight with your Irish brothers and sisters and you can do it under the well-reverred Crimson Cog. TCO is a communal set up, where workers work for minimum wage, but you are supplied regularly regardless of the war situation and there is a dedicated health org just in case you've let your wellness slip. There's an active and friendly IRC channel (#crimson, if you want to stop by) and I don't think I've ever seen so much as ten minutes go by in Canada without some battle being up for you to fight in, there's usually an NE too.

If you have questions you can PM me (einberliner, not Marcus, though I'm sure he'll answer your questions too lol).

The TCO Forum (where you can feel free to enlist for the regular Canadian or Australian divisions too, if you'd prefer): http://bruckscanucks.forumotion.ca/

MTs can be arranged.

Regards,
Marcus for Einberliner
