The global effort to save the helpless

I have already written once about my supreme dislike of the Iranian invasion of China and India. In my last article I discussed the negative economic impact this would have, I was appealing to something every eCitizen can appreciate. Today I will try to do the same, however this time instead of discussing the economy I will hit on how these actions will damage liberties and rights abroad and at home. There are a number of coming events and current world events that will have a dramatic impact on the state of erepublik.

Save them before they even get here!!!
On January 14th Chile will become the 46th erepublik nation. Having read through the forum I have discovered that a good amount of people plan to move there off the bat. Most are Chileans currently living in Argentina. This should prevent the kind of political takeover that the Iranians successfully implemented in China. However there are still a great deal of measures that can be implemented by both citizens and well-meaning governments right away. First of these is for the eUS and other major nations to recognize Chilean freedom and sovereignty by offering an mpp. This mpp will deter imperialistic nations such as Indonesia and Iran from jumping on Chile to steal its wealth and resources. The second thing that can be done is to make serious investment and effort to build up the Chilean economy. Before eChina fell a number of foreign citizens were focused on developing a stable government and economy for that country. We can do a similar thing in Chile, Citizens who are interested in starting companies in a business friendly environment should move there. There investment in business building will help to create jobs and stimulate growth in Chile and abroad.

Don't let current small countries fall by the wayside
Though China has fallen India still stands as a bastion of freedom and peace in Asia. If the eUs takes actions now we can save India form being crushed as well. You may ask why should we agree to an mpp with a relatively defenseless nation across the ocean? Simply put Indian sovereignty has a serious impact on the eUS. Iran is currently expanding its empire, resources and economy. The best way to head off this growth is to deal them a stinging defeat. Furthermore the effort to save India would shore up eUS's own defenses. The experience and training gained from fighting Iran would help in nay future war. A major focus of the campaign was reforming the military. This would be an excellent chance to test any improvements of modifications made to our armed forces.
