Lets keep it that way!
What I propose
In eBe each citizen has a change to lead our glorious country. This is the land of opportunities where everyone can rise above themselves. We should defend this wonderful eCountry and offer even more changes to its citizens!
To give everyone a change and keep dictatorships away I propose that each CP candidate needs to have less than x CP medals. Just as in RL most democratic countries have a max of terms.

There is almost no way to do it.
exactly the same tools our community uses against PTO attacks. Not many but it is possible.
We should do the same for Congress ! Until all our citizens have a Congress medal, a congressmember with more than X congress medals shouldn't be allowed to run again... ( Jofroi : - p o/ )
