Join the new world

As you all know from my latest article, I am running for Federalist Party President. A few days ago I spent a bunch of time on IRC talking to the current department directors on an individual basis. I spent my time to learn their ideas on the departments they are currently running. One of the greatest things Greene12 has done in the past month is move the party leadership into positions that they function well in.

First off the biggest thing needed in our party is new, active players with the drive to advance in the party. I talked to Talio Extremist last night on what could be used to improve our R&R department. First off new members are going to need to be referred to EZC. EZC allows us to supply a steady job, food, and weapons to members that work in our companies and fight along side other EZC members. Next we need to focus on getting new party members on our forums and IRC we also need to get these new members active on the eUS forums. Talio and I also talked about an API and we are looking into a XML based site that will handle the eUS API feed. Finally all new Federalists on the Federalist forums after posting in the introduction thread will have a grab bag from media purchased for them by me. This includes any members that saw Jacksondr5’s article, and want to participate in the poll to decide the next PP.



Right now EZC needs new recruits with leadership abilities. We need an influx of members and an influx of leaders. If you would like to sign up to be in the EZC please click here. You do not have to be in the Party to join our militia.

Next up, lets be honest, in the last few months our congressional numbers have gone down quite a bit. However I have noticed at least an 84% activity rate on each vote so far this month. I talked to our new political director Eliwood Sain and asked him what we could do to improve both quantity and quality. First off when I led Political my main concern was to get the best congress from all of the Partys into office. Therefore if elected we will be returning to the Party that supports a strong national government. This means we will work with the other top five and the FEC to make sure that we get the the best and brightest into congress each month. I have a plan in place to encourage activity, productivity, and an involved session in congress that I will finalize with eliwood if elected.



The last big department is media. Quite honestly I am going to put my money where my mouth is on this one. First off each week best Federalist based article in your own personal paper will be given a grab bag voucher. To enter for the grab bag voucher I will have a post up. Secondly all new Federalist members to the Federalist Forums will be given a grab bag. On top of that I will be watching posts in the political and general section of the eUS forums. Once a week I will pick 2 of the top 10 Federalist contributers (post must add to the conversation and not be spamming or trolling) and give them each a grab bag voucher. This will One, fund media partially out of my own pocket, Two, encourage karabeth’s awesome fund raising program, Three, encourage us forum activity, Four, increase our presence in the media, and Five, be a pretty fun experience for the party. However as you noticed this does not solely include media. We are bringing back the Department of Fun/Awesome. One last big announcement is we will be holding a 1 hr trivia round each week. The winner will receive 20 USD and can be from any party.



Mostly everything else will be handled by our awesome Directors already in place. I would like to thank them as no party president could get anything accomplished alone. I would also like to take the time to once again wish both Angelini and Hobbitton good luck.
