Flail Wildly At The Invaders With Our Forces Split On Three Fronts With Others Fighting Overseas For Our Allies In ONE (What We Have Been Doing)

Organise Our Forces On One Front Fighting One Invader With The Whole Of Our Forces And Hopefully Dislodge Canada Or France Who Appear To Be Fighting Each Other (Limited Effect)

Organise Our Forces Helping Our Allies With The Whole Of Our Forces And Hopefully Gain Their Support In The Coming Battle For The eUk. (50/50 Chance Of Working)
I Am Drawn To The Third We Have A Modest Military And We Cannot Remove Canada Or France From Our Shores As We Have Proved. We Are At A Stalemate With The Irish Gaining And Losing Northern Ireland Repeatedly Our Allies Have The Military Power We Need To Take Our Lost Regions.

France and Canada appear to be fighting each other

A cunning plan would be to attempt to gain an alliance with France against Canada, since Canada seems to be attacking them as well. That way, we need fight on one less front, and Canada will have more trouble subduing two nations, therefore making it easier to defeat them and other enemies. This would also gain us a possible ally in the future in the form of France.
If that doesn't seem to your tastes, an alliance with Ireland would be profitable. They could stop attempting to invade N.I, and in return we would leave them to their own business.
