The End of My Amazing Maiden Voyage: Day 15

Hello my dear eRepublikans!

The end of my amazing maiden voyage has quite successfully come to its end,. At least considering it was my first Amazing Journey event.



I've managed to collect all locations except one: Siwa in Africa.
This was due to a wrong queue order. I had enough time, so less than 24 h worth of locations, but have put a 12 hour location in the que instead of a 2h or 4 hour ones so I just before the end of the event I had 4 locations and could put only 3 in the queue before the event expired. If instead I had put 2 locations that take less time to unlock, than 3 places in the queue would sufice and I could have collected them all. A lesson for the next time...

Lessons Learned :
1. At the end of the journey, choose your locations carefully.
2. You have an extra day to collect the awards, but not an extra day to put them in the queue.
3. You can have a maximum of 3 locations in the queue before the last day of the event ends.
4. The order in which you put the locations in the queue is important.
5. So one day before the event ends, put those locations which take less time to unlock in the queue first so you clear as many locations as possible.
6. Make sure those locations are unlocked before the end of the event expires.
7. Just before the event expires, put the most valuable locations in the queue (3x8h locations or 12h+8h+4h locations or 2x12h locations if you don't have more than 2 locations or if they are the most valuable if you do).

What Changed?

So what has changed?

I started the event on level 188 and after 16 days I am at level 212 which is a 24 level difference. Usually I progess a level every 5 days, which would be 3 or 4 levels if there were no event.

Level upgrade: 20 Levels.

Two 90k Weekly Challenges completed, meaning 2x Prestige Hunter medals won.

2x Prestige Hunter (): 10 Gold.

I also assembled a new aircraft:



and of course, just like Lieutenant Gruber I also got my little tank.



And I also got 2 vehicle discharge documents so I became protector of France, Poland and Hungary.
