Press Director's Article - The Educated Choice: Ralph de Ver, Deputy Party President, in BC
I would like to begin this article with an apology. The Ver Filler has been very sparse (i.e., only one article has been written) and I apologize for that. There are reasons for the sparsity though, so trust me when I say that there is a silver lining. The silver lining is the other projects that will benefit eCanada and the Canadian Empire Party (CEP). I would like to dedicate this article two of these projects now.
The first project I will mention I am most proud of. I have recently been awarded the post of Deputy Party President of the CEP. Being such a young player I hope that this speaks volumes of the quality of my work. I work incredibly hard to be the best citizen that I can be but also I strive to be the best mentor that I can be. I would like to publicly thank Bruck and the CEP for the respect you have shown me. I promise that I will not disappoint.
My next important project you can read in the title of this article. I hereby announce my candidacy for congress in BC. Politics is one aspect of life (real life and elife) that I take very seriously and I would like all citizens of BC to know that, by voting for me, you are making the educated choice.
There are some members of congress that have put very little thought into their actions when running and placing their votes. I have moved from Ontario to BC firstly because the CEP already has a very sound following in Ontario, but secondly because I see great potential for BC and would relish being a part of that potential as the region blossoms. When I am elected for Congress, know that your votes through me will be well-informed and benefit the region and eCanada as a whole.
I share the same views as the CEP and while in Congress I will debate and vote for the majority, including:
1) Promoting the effectiveness, experience, organization, consistency and growth of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) including supporting motions for healthcare
2) Reviewing our taxation system on select commodities, discouraging against less critical foreign imports and encouraging exports to our allies and neutral nations
3) Supporting eCanada's Immigration Program
4) Helping to develop foreign affairs through our military, economics and media support
The citizens of BC are very proud of the region they live in and very proud of where they come from. Please, as a new citizen to BC, make me proud too; make the educated choice; vote Ralph de Ver for Congress in BC on March 25, 2009.
