The eCommunist Manifesto [Official version]

Day 2,735, 01:27 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by The eComintern Treasury

A specter is haunting the eUK- the specter of eCommunism. All the powers of the old regime have entered
into a holy alliance to exorcise this specter.

Where is the Communist party that has not been decried as pointless by its opponents in power? Where is the Communist opposition that has not hurled back the branding reproach of eCommunism in return for eSocialism and Liberal Reformism, against the more advanced opposition parties, as well as against its reactionary adversaries? Where is the Communist party that hasn’t seen months of incessant infighting over the very foundations of its ideology?

Two things result from this fact:
I. Communism is already acknowledged by all eWorld powers to be itself a potential and under-exaggerated power.
II. It is high time that Communists should openly, in the face of the whole world, publish their views, their aims, their tendencies, and meet this nursery tale of the Spectre of Communism with a manifesto of the party itself.

To this end, Communists of various nationalities have assembled in the Council of Representatives and sketched the following manifesto, to be published in the English, French, German, Italian, Indonesian (et al) languages.

(1) In eRepublic, Communists believe that the only way that non-biased education can occur is through an organisation outside of the party system which would produce the secondary socialisation needed to allow society to function fairly. The entire socialisation process cannot be done by any pre-existing government organisation, if any type of compromise occurs between a new organisation and what we have now then the system will just return to party’s educating new members, and with it, the tribalistic caste system that we will be doomed to endure for decades. The old system of parties controlling education ensures that the main parties will control the new players who can, and will, be moulded by the elitists and shaped into conservative puppets of the old regime. Each party will have an education representative, that when a new player asks about that party’s ideology, the representative will respond with the basic principles and the history of said party. However it must be of vital importance that the new player must be socialised before making their OWN mind up on the which party they are most suited to).

(2) In eRepublic, Communists believe that taxes should be increased to facilitate more games, grants and loans to new players. The idea of a grant is to give anyone the possibility to manage their own game, a minister of entertainment will allow grants to those who give good ideas for games and would like to give out rewards to the winners. If the grant is accepted, then the applicant must be monitored closely until the game has been completed and the rewards given out. The NHS should come under state control when funds are running low, and it shouldn’t be directly influenced by the CP nor his deadly influence. The NHS should still be run by the MoH, but the Minister should not feel threatened to accept the CPs criticisms (unless backed by popular demand).

(3)In eRepublic, Communists believe that all invitation-only ministries, parties and military units should be banned. These can create a sense of authority over others and elitism arises from small things like joining a small group. By invitation-only ministries, I mean where there is a limit on the amount of low-level volunteers. Each volunteer should be given a fulfilling task to do, even if it is just to keep an eye on a foreign countries’ media, draw comic strips for articles or promote/produce quizzes and/or other games.

(4) A ministry that monitors and controls Multi numbers and PTO threats should be established. This will be a ministry that will be controlled by, either, the Ministry of Home affairs or the politburo. It has the authority to move large quantities of volunteers to threatened parties or to push infected parties out of the top 5. Each act must be transparent and openly checked by the country’s population before being allowed to do so.

(5) Harsh Citizenship guidelines to prevent threats, but not too harsh as to isolate an entire country. Although it has been contested whether or not the idea that migration between countries should be free, the conclusion is that the security and freedom of each country must be put before the freedom to migrate but not to a point where isolation and stagnation were to occur. Although punishments can not be held to those who do not follow any set guidelines, it can be put forward that one’s reputation can be somewhat tarnished by not following them. Therefore, anyone that does not follow the guidelines with malicious intent must be scrutinised and openly criticised for their actions by the government and the public media (with intent to withdraw all financial support and control from this person until a verdict is made).

6. If the politburo decides that they should install a proletarian dictator in a country there must first be a vote from the entire representative council, to pass it must have at least 75% of the vote before starting a coup. The installed dictator must be the player voted upon by the council and must be able to speak the language of host country. This dictator must acknowledge the role of communism and do all that is necessary to eliminate the role of the bourgeoisie, who were previously controlled the means of production, and therefore must be willing to sacrifice his reputation for the good of the proletariat movement.

The Communists disdain to conceal their views and aims. They openly declare that their ends can be attained only by the violent overthrow of all existing social conditions. Let the ruling classes tremble at a Communistic revolution. The proletarians have nothing to lose but their chains. They have a world to win.
