The Day The Broliance Failed

Day 832, 12:54 Published in Canada Canada by Marius Coroleone

We've fought together. We've shared political idiots. We've warded off takeovers. We are the Broliance. But on Feb 28, 2010, North America held it's breath, and eRepublik watched as both the USA and Canada abandoned the internet in favor of the TV. And what happened? Nothing really. There was no invasion, there was no mass RW, and no, there was no collapse of the world order.

Phoenix, you had three hours where nearly every major member of both the CAF High Command, and the US High Command were offline and completely disinterested. Had you even prepared properly, you would have scheduled a major offensive to end within this time. Well, you didn't. And now the olympics are over, the hangovers will go away and we'll all be back to work. Canada got gold, the USA hated us for about 12 hours, and the broliance lives once again.

So, in closing, yes we are this awesome. The broliance doesn't just include this game. I began playing another game recently and it's only because of the broliance that I still am. In other games as well, i find that we are drawn to each other. The USA like a big brother to Canada, and Canada like the conscience for the USA. Its the way things are meant to be. All Hail the Broliance. V2 is going to be a hell of a lot of fun, but it's going to be even better knowing we've got our drinking buddies to the south at our backs.
