1) We have seen an increase in the amount of citizens created that are being used to multi account for other citizens. This is a dangerous thing, not only because our older and respected citizens could be taking a dangerous road for two reasons. 1) It sets a dangerous precedent for new player because they see the old players do it they think it is ok. 2) They can get caught and banned... We look at this chart and we see something impressive, eIsrael has gained members almost daily, which is a good thing....

Starting over in a new country gives players a chance to start fresh, and also gives them the desire to help the country out. While Israel is small we are easy to PTO, we should not think all foreigners are bad, eIsraeli people can be bad too. So we must monitor ourselves as well as potential new citizens.
