The CSD is on course with Zanalan

Day 420, 22:14 Published in Canada Canada by Zanalan

Greetings CSD members (and future members)

It is time once again for the election of a CSD Party President. It is wonderful to see that our party has two strong, committed candidates to choose from. Anyone who has been on the CSD forums knows that both Dominik and I are committed to the success and growth of our party. I am confident that we both have the ability to guide the CSD into the e-future. It therefore falls to you, the party members to decide who should be the leader.

Since I became Party President our party has moved from under 140 members to over 200. The growth has made the CSD the largest party in Canada, and (I believe) the first Canadian party with more than 200 members. I want to see our party crack the 300 threshold in the very near future.

Since I became Party President our party has held the majority in two successive Congresses. Part of that success is based on the fact that I worked to provide Canadians in every region with a CSD candidate to vote for. I want to continue to give all Canadians the opportunity to have a representative in Congress.

Since I became Party President we have won the Presidency of eCanada for the first time in v1. In fairness, that victory was helped by the support of the CPF and CSPC parties. I want to ensure that we continue to earn the trust of the other parties so we can continue the recovery of our great country.

Since I became Party President the membership on our party forum has grown from 12 to 52. Our forum has opened a special board for the Presidents of the other parties to meet and share ideas. Our forum continues to be a place where party members can express their views without fear of ridicule or reprisal. I want this type of dialogue to continue on our forum.

As you plan to cast your ballot, I ask that you consider one simple fact. The CSD is at a fork in the road. We can stay the course and continue to grow and build on our successes, or we can start down a new course and hope our successes continue. I leave it to the members of the party to choose the path we take.

Thank you
